Peak Air Portal App

The Peak Air Customer Portal app allows existing Peak Air customers to view their appointments, invoices, and estimates, and submit service requests.


Information We Access

When you log in with your email address, the app retrieves your existing customer record from our Housecall Pro account management system. This includes your name, contact information, service address, appointment history, invoices, and estimates. We do not create new records or store your information independently of Housecall Pro.


How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to display your service records, allow you to submit appointment requests, and send our team notifications when you request service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.


Data Storage

Your login session is stored locally and securely on your device. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted.
